Current Mortgage Rates:
On a daily basis we post the lowest current mortgage rates published from over a dozen lenders. It is our goal to publish current interest rates by 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, at time we may not get the lenders rate sheet until much later due to the unstable financial market conditions when the stock market opens. Similar to the stock market, interest rates can fluctuate and change throughout the day. When this happens lenders tend to suspend lock-ins when the financial market worsen giving them the opportunity to reprice to a higher interest rate. Talk to one of our mortgage consultants who can tell you the direction interest rates are moving on that day and his or her recommendation to securing the lowest interest rate available. Of course, we never charge a lock-in fee and it is your final decision to lock-in or not.
