Tim Scott has been originating mortgages since 1989, over the course of his career he has done loans for Senators, Congressmen, news reporters and everyday people just trying to buy their first home. Tim started his career with Presidential Savings Bank and then Seneca Mortgage a division of Presidential. In 1996 he started A. Anderson Scott Mortgage Group with a small group of people. From 1996 until 2010 AASMG was one of the premier mortgage companies in the metropolitan area. As the financial crisis grew AASMG came to a close. In 2011 Tim started anew with Aspen Home Mortgage Group, Inc. and we have gone back to our roots.
